Big things are happening at Western Aircraft! Our second major expansion in less than six years is almost complete; you can imagine how excited we are to officially open the new doors.
About Our Expansion
Western Aircraft boasts an extensive history of working on diverse types of airframes from turboprops to large jets. Our new $17M, 93,000 square feet expansion includes a 53,000 square foot hangar and 40,000 square feet of back office space on our 18-acre leasehold. We’re better equipped than ever to serve our large-cabin customers. We’re making room for more of everything, including capabilities, talent and customers.
Phase Two is Nearly Complete
While we're celebrating the completion of our new hangar space, construction is still underway for the adjoining facility which will provide 40,000 square feet of space for the company’s avionics and interiors shops and administration offices. The second phase is expected to be complete by year-end.
The new hangar supports our growing aircraft service capabilities for a variety of aircraft including Gulfstream, Citation, Falcon and Embraer. We'll continue to provide service for these aircraft in many ways, including custom interior work. Western Aircraft has hired some key personnel who carry a wide range of experience with Gulfstream aircraft, allowing us to better meet the customer's specific needs. Additional space also allows us to expand our backshop interiors experience and capabilities, furthering our dedication to reflect the customer’s distinctive image.

In addition to our MRO and Aircraft Sales divisions, Western Aircraft also has a Charter division, a full-service FBO and a Parts Sales group.
