BOISE , Idaho, December 18, 2013 – Western Aircraft, a Greenwich AeroGroup company,
announced today the addition of three new team members.
Craig Donlan joins the company as Avionics Sales Area Manager. Craig has 35 years of
avionics and sales experience including positions with McDermott International, Gulfstream
Aerospace and Cobham Antenna Systems. He most recently held the position of Operations,
Sales and Technical support for Aviation Modification Leaders, Inc., in Argyle, Texas. He holds a
Private Pilot’s license and FCC General Class License.
Tracy Gandy joins Western as the Turboprop Sales Manager. Tracy has more than 30 years of
aviation experience and holds an FAA A&P/IA License. He has a broad background in
maintenance, sales, teaching and training including work with Embry Riddle, the United States
Army and the Afghan National Air Corp. He has also worked for Dallas Airmotive, Consolidated
Turbine Support, Cessna Aircraft Company and Pratt & Whitney Canada. He most recently was
the Turbine MRO Sales Manager for Western Skyways Turbine in Montrose, Colo.
Richard (Rick) Van Thiel joins the sales team as Interiors Sales Manager. Rick has a broad
aviation career that includes work in avionics installations, sales support, contracts and pricing.
He has worked for Gulfstream Aerospace, K-C Aviation, Inc., and most recently served as the
Director of Completion Sales and Design with Jet Aviation in St. Louis, Mo.
