Western Aircraft Names New Chief Financial Officer 

BOISE, Idaho – Sept. 14, 2026 – Western Aircraft, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, announces the appointment of Zachary Felda as chief financial officer and the retirement of Kevin Kaye, vice president and controller.

Felda joins Western Aircraft with more than 20 years of finance leadership experience across the aerospace and defense, manufacturing and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sectors. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer of Precision Aircraft Solutions, 321 Precision Conversions and Erickson Group, with operations spanning aerospace manufacturing, passenger-to-freighter conversion and MRO.

Earlier in his career, Felda served as financial controller at Aero Controls, an aerospace company specializing in aircraft component repair and overhaul, and held finance leadership roles across the energy and industrial sectors. He is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Western Aircraft also recognizes Kevin Kaye, who is retiring as vice president and controller. Kaye has been with Western Aircraft for 12 years and will remain with the company for a short period to support the transition.
