Airborne air and surface purification system
Aviation Clean Air component (ACA) offers the only proactive air and surface purification system for VVIP, business and commercial aviation providing immediate, clean, safe and healthy cabin air by eliminating viruses, allergens, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) and odors, while at the same time providing surface purification throughout the entire aircraft cabin.
- ACA neutralizes Pathogens, Gases and Odors
- ACA reduces Static Electricity
How it works
- The Aviation Clean Air Component creates positive and negative ions which attach to hydrogen and oxygen molecules in the water vapor present in the aircraft cabin air.
- These ions have the property of clustering around gases, airborne mold spores, viruses and bacteria. As this occurs, a chemical reaction takes place on the cell membrane surface of airborne biological(s) and they rob the harmful biological of a hydrogen atom.
- As a result, the cell is “disassembled.” It will not be able to reproduce and will quickly die, eliminating the threat to humans.
Benefits
ACA replicates the same process found in nature that cleans the air and controls micro particles, gases, airborne mold spores, viruses and bacteria:

Installation
- The ACA Component is designed to be installed on virtually any aircraft and can be installed as a standalone event or in correlation with a maintenance event
- Baggage compartment panels must be accessed
- Depending on aircraft model, two to three ionization units are installed on the two main cabin air distribution ducts
- It utilizes existing ECS system airflow to distribute Ions throughout the interior
- It’s easily installed by qualified technicians via STC or 337 Field Approval
- Typical downtime is 5 days
- Two-year replacement warranty
