| Jeff joined the company in Oct. 2010, and is responsible for operational enhancements and the expansion of MRO services at Greenwich AeroGroup’s Atlantic Aero and Western Aircraft facilities. Jeff has more than 30 years of diverse experience in the aerospace and automotive industries, including leadership roles in manufacturing, remanufacturing, customer support, aircraft services, aircraft leasing and supply chain management. He has most recently held senior positions with Bombardier Aerospace, QAviation and Boeing Commercial Aircraft. |

| Phil leads the company’s aircraft sales and charter divisions. Western Aircraft is an authorized dealer for the Pilatus PC-12, for which they are currently the number one dealer worldwide. Winters’ primary focus is developing sales relationships for these aircraft throughout the Northwestern United States. Winters has been with Western since 1997. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Aviation Technology, and has been a pilot since 1990. In addition he is Airline Transport Pilot rated, a Certified Flight Instructor, and an aircraft mechanic. |

| Colleen joined Western Aircraft in 2005 as VP of Sales and Marketing for the aircraft services departments. She is now serving as VP, National MRO Sales for Greenwich AeroGroup, which includes Western Aircraft and Atlantic Aero in Greensboro, NC. She has 10 years of corporate aviation experience, plus 15 years of financial management and sales management with Procter & Gamble. Her sales team covers the entire US and Canada, and takes pride in customizing solutions and services for unique customer needs. Colleen is also a private pilot, and enjoys flying customers for breakfast runs to remote ranches in Idaho’s rugged backcountry. |

| Tracy Kalbfleisch leads Western’s Aircraft Services Division which includes Maintenance, Avionics, Engineering, Interiors, Quality Assurance, Production Scheduling and Facilities. He also serves as the Accountable Manager for our part 145 Repair Station Certificate. Tracy has been with Western Aircraft since 1999 and has held leadership positions in Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Interiors. He has more than 23 years of experience in Business Aviation and began his career as an A&P Technician. |

| Walt leads the Parts and Logistics operations for Western Aircraft. He oversees Over the Counter (OTC) parts sales, Material Control, and Purchasing. Walt has been working in aviation since 1982, when he began his career in the U.S. Air Force. Along with his current responsibilities Walt has worked in various capacities in aviation including test and inspection, quality assurance, and supervision. Walt is also a former executive and engineer from Hewlett Packard with extensive process analysis and application training. He is a Black Belt in Six Sigma, and KEPNER TREGOE Analytical Trouble Shooting Studies. A student of the Community College of the Air Force. |

| Peter joined Western Aircraft in May 2011 and is responsible for the management of Western Aircraft’s diverse customer and supplier
contracts. Most recently, Peter worked as a Risk Manager for Union Bank and as a Senior Contracts Negotiator for ABM Industries, Inc. Peter has a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago and received his JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
