Current Openings Maintenance Team Lead - Bombardier Challenger Expansion creates exciting opportunity as we introduce Bombardier Challenger into our maintenance portfolio. We are seeking a team and goal oriented individual with six or more years of experience leading & supervising crews in corporate aircraft maintenance, specifically Challengers. Team Lead will be responsible for leading multiple jobs simultaneously (inspect, test, repair, maintain, service, etc.), assigning manpower and ensuring completed work complies with the repair station manual and company safety policy. In addition, Team Lead will assist sales in bringing new customers to the facility, plan and manage aircraft visits and adjust resources as necessary to meet scheduled out date. An A&P Certification is required as well as a complete understanding of FAR’s. Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively are a must as well as motivating, mentoring, training and coaching assigned technicians.
